Billing frequency, included services and applicable terms are communicated before the customer commits.
Commissions and service fees
The calculation method and conditions are disclosed before the relevant paid service is used.
Information before payment
Before commitment, the customer receives a proposal stating the amount, currency, billing frequency and applicable terms.
Secure payment
Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. TopDown does not store complete card numbers.
